Incorrect Shipping Address: We cannot take responsibility for lost packages or shipping errors resulting from incorrect shipping addresses provided during the order placement.

Return for Non-Personalized Items: If you wish to return a non-personalized item without any quality or design issues, you will be responsible for covering all postage costs. The returned item must be in pristine condition.

Our Commitment: We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. In the following scenarios, we will bear the cost of sending you a replacement or providing a full refund:

• Incorrect designs (particularly for custom requests).
• Receipt of broken products (though we guarantee the quality at dispatch).
• Items significantly differ from their picture and description.
• Package loss or meeting any of the three aforementioned conditions (Please allow us 1-2 working days to coordinate with the shipping carrier). We will respond promptly and take necessary action upon confirmation from the shipping carrier.

Color Differences: Please note that color differences are not covered under the above terms.

Order Cancellation: You have the option to request an order cancellation and a full refund within two hours of making your purchase.
