1. Introduction

These Terms of Use govern your use of coupons, promo codes, gift cards, store credit, and other promotional offers (collectively, “Coupons”) issued by Jzminimalist. By using or attempting to use any Coupon, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Coupon.

2. Definitions

• Coupon: Any discount, promo code, gift card, voucher, free shipping offer, store credit, or other promotional code issued by Jzminimalist.
• Coupon Code: The string of letters/numbers you enter during checkout to redeem a Coupon.
• Eligible Product(s): Product(s) to which a Coupon may apply, as stated in the Coupon terms.

3. Eligibility

Coupons are valid only for customers who meet the requirements specified on the Coupon, such as minimum purchase amount, geographic restrictions (e.g., valid only in the United States), account status, or first-time buyers, if stated. Coupons are void where prohibited.

4. Coupon Use & Redemption

• Coupons may be redeemed only via checkout on Jzminimalist unless otherwise indicated.
• Only one Coupon may be applied per purchase unless the Coupon specifically allows stacking. Stacking rules will be indicated on the Coupon or in its description.
• Coupons cannot be redeemed for cash, are non-transferable, and have no cash value except where required by law.
• To redeem, enter the Coupon Code at checkout before completing payment. Failure to apply the Coupon before completing payment may render it invalid for that transaction.

5. Coupon Types & Limits

• Coupons may be a percentage discount (e.g., 20% off), fixed amount (e.g., $10 off), free shipping, or store credit/gift card. The specific type, value, and limitations will be stated with the Coupon.
• Coupons may be limited to one use per customer, one-time use, a set number of uses overall, or other limits as specified (Stated in the coupon description or in the email we sent to you).

6. Exclusions & Restrictions

• Coupons may exclude certain categories, brands, products, clearance or sale items, or be invalid on taxes, shipping, handling charges, subscription renewals, third-party services, or previously purchased items, as specified.
• Coupons cannot be used in combination with other offers unless explicitly allowed.
• Coupons may require a minimum purchase amount (Stated in the coupon description or in the email we sent to you).

7. Expiration & Changes

• Each Coupon has an expiration date shown with the Coupon. Expired Coupons are void.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Coupon or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes do not apply retroactively to completed transactions.

8. Returns, Refunds & Chargebacks

• If you return items purchased with a Coupon, refund calculations will follow our Return & Refund Policy: https://jzminimalist.com/returns/. If a discount reduced the amount paid, refunds may be adjusted to reflect the applied discount.
• In case of full returns, any store credit or gift card used will be re-credited in accordance with our refund procedures and applicable law.

9. Fraud & Abuse

• Coupons obtained or used in violation of these Terms or through fraudulent means are void. We may (in our sole discretion) cancel orders, refuse service, suspend accounts, or take legal action where coupon fraud or abuse is suspected.
• Examples of abuse include creating multiple accounts to redeem one-time coupons, altering coupon codes, or automated coupon harvesting.

10. Lost, Stolen & Misused Coupons

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized Coupons. We will not replace or reissue Coupons except at our discretion.

11. Gift Cards & Store Credit (if applicable)

• Gift cards and store credit are redeemable only at Jzminimalist and expire notification can be found in the coupon description or in the email we sent to you.
• Lost or stolen gift cards/store credits may not be replaced unless required by law.
• Gift cards/store credit may not be used to purchase other gift cards, unless specifically allowed.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jzminimalist shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from Coupons, their use, or inability to use them. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim related to Coupons is limited to the value of the Coupon.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Jzminimalist harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of Coupons or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in California, unless you and we agree otherwise.

15. Miscellaneous

• If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Jzminimalist regarding Coupons and supersede prior communications.
